The Children
Each one with a story, a dream and the most unforgettable twinkle in the eye. These are some of the children I was honoured to cross paths with in Uganda. May they always know love, peace and laughter.
Incredible pictures Natalie! I posted your link for this blog onto my facebook profile. I just e-mailed you an invitation for facebook (at your yahoo e-mail). Check it out if you have time; it's great fun. Cheers, Islena

Our birth programs improve child and maternal health and restore traditional birthing practices in rural communities through education and birth assistance. The birth kits purchased on our website are used by the women supported by our birth programs in the Luweero District of Uganda!
Through the use of yoga, the healing arts and health education, children and youth are empowered to heal from the inside out and to facilitate positive change in their communities.
Our sustainable community development projects include a primary & post-secondary scholarship program, income generating initiatives and training for women with HIV/AIDS and projects to improve nutritional health.
